Sunnyside Medical Cannabis Dispensary - Lancaster

So I had a great experience with the customer service, the lovely individual was very nice and helpful BUT, I tried to use my chime card and got told that they sometimes just don’t work? I had enough for my whole order on my card, but had to use the atm and couldn’t pull out the full amount to get my order. I got told by others after that happened that that’s common? I don’t think the customer service will be enough to bring me back unfortunately.

Kat was awesome today! She got me 4 free grams and saved me $50 on my original order! I need to exchange some things now but Kat and her associates are amazing at Sunnyside! Strongly recommend. Thank you 😊 I returned back to the store, made my exchange and bought more thanks to the WONDERFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF at Sunnyside 🫶🏻💜! My go to spot! Love this place!

The only reason I shopped at this dispensary, as opposed to the others in the area, was the consistent sales on not only their own in house brand, but all brands/products (I wonder why). I was recently informed of a purchase limit that they impose (200g on a 30-day “monthly rolling basis”). I was only now informed that this is a Sunnyside only limit, and that this limit is separate from the limit imposed by the state DOH. Who is Sunnyside and their sub-par employees to say that I, a Medical Marijuana Patient, key word there is “patient”, cannot purchase anymore medicine and am therefore limited. To not even inform me of this either, and to make me think that I have therefore been limited by all dispensaries, is disgraceful. If I had a really serious condition that I was treating and required my medicine that day, I would be furious. I have frequented Sunnyside maybe 50+ times over the past couple of years (and almost exclusively as of late), frequently spending upwards of $500, and I can say they will no longer be receiving any of my business. Sunnyside should spend less time worrying about imposing limits on their customers medicine and more on training their lackluster employees. Out of all of my visits to Sunnyside, I have not once been pleased or even necessarily content with employees. They have about 20 employees they rotate around, and they’re all working in slow motion. It doesn’t help that they’re typically talking to themselves. Either way, they’re incredibly unhelpful and for some reason have the ability to limit a patient’s medicine. What else? Parking is terrible, there’s 45+ min waits anytime after 4 PM, and it may be the one of the few dispensaries in Lancaster county that you have a good chance of getting jumped coming out of (especially with the fluorescent orange bag they give you).

Never really had any good experiences here. Give a discount for first timers but can’t use it on sale items. Off sale items are more expensive even with a discount in some cases as other dispensaries. Order online and you still wait while the associate just stands there and stares at you. Why preorder if you’re going to have to wait. I think this is the worst dispensary I’ve ever used.
